BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE


 I don't have any internet connection for the last 4 days. I kept on calling my internet provider everyday. They sent a technician (contractors) to check my connection unfortunately they're unable to fix it. They said that connections on my end are all good and I need to coordinate my issue directly to my ISP. Well. that's why I did and I kept on bugging them every now and them, talking over the phone for more than an hour on each call I made. I was talking with the last agent for more than 50mins and he he clearly stated onset of the call that there's an issue in the Base Station. Well, I got tired of those reasons so I told him that I will not hang up the phone until we fix my internet. He agreed and he coordinated my concern with the next level of support. I was put on hold for more than 15 times with 4-8 minutes on each hold and when the agent gets back he will just instruct me to check my IP, my MAC, my DNS, ping this and that...Unfortunately for him I am a technical person so I know what we are doing. I tried to give my coordination with the agent . I have two laptops using them alternately while doing troubleshooting. I got tired of going around with their craps so I told the agent that we are going to stop messing around with the settings on my devices. I told him that if the issue is within the Base Station then what the heck we are doing in messing around the settings on my devices. The agent was not able to answer me right away, he then just whispered that he was told to do it. i kept asking the agent what is the relevance of the things we're doing on my laptop if the issue is within their Base Station, he really can't answer me! I am trying to control my temper but I really got upset. I asked the agent if the previous representative who assisted me was lying where she said that there is an issue with their Base Station, agent replied  "uhmmmm basically yes sir..." I really got upset, what a lousy customer service they have. I kept on asking the agent " Is the previous representative lied to me...?" And he just kept on murmuring "uhmmmm basically yes sir...". Well, the agent knows what I am doing so he can't brush me off the phone so he was forced (maybe) to tell the truth and I know he can sense that I am beginning to be an irate customer. I then asked for a supervisor and I did talk to one on duty. A girl one, a liar one. I did not speak too much. I just told her "I guess you are aware why I wanted to talk to you?" and I shut up and I let her explained what she knows with the situation. Well, she knows nothing. She was just telling so many craps hoping she can make me feel better. I explained to her what had happened. I told her my frustration with their service. I explained to her everything from the top (grrr!). I asked her what she can do for me and she replied " well sir, I will coordinate your issue with our support group and I will give you a callback later bla bla bla bla. !@#$%^&*()_)(*&^%$#@!#$%^&*( I got tired and sleepy (just came from work) and I knew it's going nowhere. I decided to end the call and continue bugging them later. I then reminded the supervisor what her agent told me about the issue in their Base Station, she apologized to me and mentioned that she was listening throughout the call. I got awake to what she have just said because if that is the case then she was able to hear when I asked the agent if the previous representative was lying. The supervisor suddenly said "oh sir sorry, I just listened to the later part and I did not hear that but don't worry we will do necessary investigation bla bla bla bla" what the F! She lied again, I asked the agent with that question before my call was transferred to her grrrrr @#$%^&*_)(*&^%$#$%^&*!!! Got tired soooo tired so to wrap up the call I told her to fix my internet and call me later and I said thank you. Well, the supervisor said "is there anything else I can do for you?" what the F again fix my internet first you haven't resolved it yet and you want to handle another issue urghhhhhh...

Whew! A really BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. The only reason I stick with them is that their network has the widest coverage than the other provider. And the other way around with the "other" provider, I can surely say that they have the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE but their network has poor signal anywhere. Well, you can not have everything you want in one package that's for sure!
